What this website does not do
- It does not set cookies.
- It stores only which notice you have dismissed in your browser, so the notice does not appear again. This information stays on your device and is not sent to us.
- It does not track your behaviour or use analytics services.
- It does not embed fonts, maps, videos or review widgets from external servers. Everything displayed here is served from this website's server.
Server logs
When you open a page, the server logs the file requested, the time, your browser and your IP address, as is usual. These records support operation and security and are deleted after a short period. They are not analysed to profile individuals.
Enquiry form
The information you enter in the form is sent to us by email and is not stored in a database. We use it only to respond to your enquiry and, if it leads to an order, to carry out that order. If no order results, we delete the message once the enquiry has been dealt with.
A hidden field in the form helps reject automated submissions. It does not collect information about you.
Contact via WhatsApp, phone or email
If you write to or call us, we process the information you provide to answer your enquiry. WhatsApp messages are transmitted through the service provided by WhatsApp Ireland Limited, whose terms also apply. If you prefer, use the phone, email or our form instead.
Sharing information
We do not share your data with third parties unless this is necessary to carry out an order, for example with our accounting provider for invoicing, or where we are required to do so by law.
Hosting
This website is hosted by Infomaniak Network SA, Rue Eugène-Marziano 25, 1227 Les Acacias (Geneva). The data is stored in data centres in Switzerland. The provider processes data on our behalf.
Your rights
You may request information at any time about whether we process data about you and which data we hold, and request its correction or deletion. Simply send a message to info@gartenhahn.ch.
Photos
This website shows photos of our own work. We do not publish images showing identifiable people, vehicle registration plates or house numbers without consent. Location information is removed from image files before publication. If you do not want a photo of your garden shown here, contact us and we will remove it.
